Consultancy

929 Design will arrange to visit you at your property and provide a free of charge consultation to discuss your requirements as to the works that you propose. i.e., alterations, extensions or new build. We will endeavour to provide accurate information as to the processes / time scales involved to complete your project from conception to completion and to provide estimates of the possible build costs, design fees and the fees associated with the Planning and Building Warrants submissions.

Note: the free consultancy is based upon visits within a 20 mile radius of the registered office of 929 Design and any requested consultation out with this area will require a fee of £80.00 to be made payable at the time of the consultancy.
